Locura, moriae, sinthome, existenciariedad, dispositivo de vida
Folly, moriae, sinthome, existence, life device.

Quinientos años separan a Desiderio Erasmo de Jacques Lacan; dos registros precisos, insignes de cada uno, Elogio a la locura y El Seminario 23. El sinthome. La lectura de ellos lleva la interrogación postrera a la locura (la moriae) como dispositivo de vida. ¿Puede existir el ser parlante por fuera del lenguaje y lograr alguna vez el real-real y con ello, el habitar en la verdad absoluta? La locura y el sinthome responden: no es posible vivir más que en el lenguaje, en un discurso, que no por empoderarse deja de ser un paliativo a la falta constitutiva, que tiene como único mérito el permitir una existenciariedad. La locura, siendo otra cosa, siendo un dispositivo de vida  que hace ver, creer y actuar al ser parlante, sigue mostrándose como la única opción. El sinthome sería ese neologismo lacaniano que refrende la moriae.

Five hundred years separate Desiderius Erasmus of Rotterdam from Jacques Lacan. Two precise records, one famous from each one; In Praise of Folly and The Seminar: Book XXIII Le Sinthome. The reading of both of them carries the ultimate question of the Folly (Moriae) as a device for life. Can the speaking being exist outside the language and ever achieve the real-real; and with that, to inhabit in the absolute truth? Both readings answer: there’s no possibility else than living into the language, in a discourse that not for becoming empowered, stops being a palliative  to the constitutive failure, that as only merit has the allowance of aBefindlichkeit. The Folly, being another affair, being a device for life that makes the speaking being to see, to believe, and to act, remains the only option. Sinthome would be that Lacanian neologism that would countersign the moriae.

Existe violencia en la humanidad desde sus inicios. En la misma situación se produce en la sociedad. Mucho se ha publicado en la literatura sobre la violencia en la familia - que se reúne la gran necesidad de estudiar y comprender sus causas y las acciones preventivas de intervención. Dado el tema que emerge a través de la literatura, este trabajo apunta a obtener más información sobre el fenómeno de la violencia en la familia, en un intento de proponer la prevención / intervención de la Psicología Social. Las hipótesis del estudio fue que la aparición de la violencia en las relaciones intrafamiliares de los involucrados es razón para buscar ayuda para servicios de salud y que el comportamiento violento se puede prevenir mediante la mejora de las prácticas de los profesionales de la Psicología Social. Se concluyó que es la psicología social a identificar las demandas particulares de los sujetos involucrados en el fenómeno de la violencia doméstica; que el profesional puede intervenir Psicología Social busca promover el respeto de los derechos fundamentales de estas personas, al tratar de mantener la salud mental y social de las mismas; y que la violencia doméstica tiene que ser tratado y no ser castigados.

Violence exists in humanity since its inception. In conjuncture the same occupies place of prominence in society. Many publishes in literature on violence familiar - what comes to the encounter of great need of if study and understand its causes for preventive actions and interventions. Faced of emerging thematic, upon bibliographical research, the present article objectified to know more about the phenomenon of domestic violence in the attempt of the proposition prevention/intervention by part of Psychology Social. The hypotheses the study were that the occurrence of violence in relations domestic is motive of the subjects involved seek by aid in health services and that violent behavior can be avoided upon enhancement of practices of the professionals of Psychology Social. It was concluded that fits to Psychology Social identify the particular demands the subjects involved in phenomenon of domestic violence; that the professional of Psychology Social can intervene looking promote guarantee of fundamental rights of such subjects, in the search of maintenance the health mental and social these ; and that domestic violence needs be treated and not be punished.

A violência existe na humanidade desde seus primórdios. Na conjuntura a mesma ocupa lugar de destaque na sociedade. Muito se publica na literatura sobre a violência familiar – o que vem ao encontro da grande necessidade de se estudar e entender suas causas para ações preventivas e interventivas. Diante da temática emergente, mediante pesquisa bibliográfica, o presente artigo objetivou conhecer mais sobre o fenômeno da violência intrafamiliar na tentativa da proposição de prevenção/intervenção por parte da Psicologia Social. As hipóteses do estudo foram que a ocorrência da violência nas relações intrafamiliares é motivo dos sujeitos envolvidos buscarem por auxílio em serviços de saúde e que o comportamento violento pode ser evitado mediante aprimoramento das práticas dos profissionais da Psicologia Social.
Concluiu-se que cabe à Psicologia Social identificar as demandas particulares dos sujeitos envolvidos no fenômeno da violência intrafamiliar; que o profissional da Psicologia Social pode intervir procurando promover a garantia dos direitos fundamentais de tais sujeitos, na busca da manutenção as saúde mental e social destes; e que a violência intrafamiliar necessita ser tratada e não ser punida.

El autor justifica metapsicológicamente algunos de los males sociales de nuestra época. El vacío interior, la desconsideración en las relaciones humanas, la aceleración del diario vivir, la drogadicción, entre otros. Desarrolla la relación entre los vínculos familiares simbióticos, la ausencia materna y la falta de la función paterna en la organización psíquica del infante, estimulada por las nuevas formas de trabajo que privilegian el eficientismo y devienen en acumulación pulsional, falta de matiz afectivo e indiscriminación en la constitución de la sensorialidad. Aborda el problema de la identificación primaria y la vinculación entre la falencia de la misma con los vínculos de tener por sobre los de ser; el problema de la cantidad pulsional no tramitada, la aceleración y la indiscriminación en la constitución del tiempo. Postula que las situaciones de cambio se acompañan deviolencia como expresión de la sofocación pulsional necesaria, para acceder a nuevas complejidades y la necesidad de aceptar la fecundación por los nuevos pensamientos.

The author justifies from the psychoanalytic point of view some of the evil aspects of society of our time, such as the internal vacuum, the lack of care for human relations, the speeding up of the daily living and drug-addiction, among others. He develops the relation between the absence of the mother figure and the lack of the paternal function in the psychic organisation of the children. The accumulation of drive influences the lack of affection and the lack of discrimination in the constitution of the sensorialibility.
The author also approaches the problem of the primary identification, and the link between its fallibility and the links of the having above those of being. He also approaches the problem of the quantity of driving that has not been able to be processed, the speeding up in the constitution of time and the lack of discrimination on it. He states that the situations of change are accompanied with violence as an expression of the necessary drive drowning so as to reach new complexities and the need of accepting the stimulation made by the new thoughts.

La ética es una rama de la filosofía que se ocupa de la moral de los actos humanos, por tanto, diferencia lo que en ellos puede ser considerado bueno o malo. Articula el grupo de valores que rigen la conducta colectiva e individual, determinando lo que es pasible de ser establecido como el bien o lo moral.
Articularé lo desarrollado sobre el tema con las propuestas psicoanalíticas, a fin de verificar la posición asumida por Freud  al respecto.
Se puede afirmar que quedan observadas reglas y principios éticos.

The ethics is a branch of philosophy that involves the moral of the human actions, therefore, differencing between which can be considered good or bad. Articulates the kind of values that rules the colective and individual behavior, determinating what is liable to be established as good or moral.
I'm going to articulate the explained about the topic with the psychoanalytic proposals to verify the stance assumed by Freud.
We can state that the rules and the ethical principles are contemplated.

Este artículo tiene como objetivo, tratar el trabajo infantil como factor de proteccion y prevención de comportamientos adictivvos y uso de sustancias psicoactivas em niños y adolescentes em vulnerabilidad social.
Apunta principalmente a provocar la reflexión sobre la importancia del trabajo infantil protegido como el rescate de los valores en la construcción de la ciudadanía y la eliminación de las conductas adictivas.

Los “ecos”  que vienen teniendo los dispositivos electrónicos en la actualidad hacen pensar en un efecto más allá del organismo viviente, se vincula entonces el sujeto en su singularidad en donde la voz tiene el efecto último, el de tocar el deseo del sujeto del inconsciente. Es la voz del Otro, esa que tiene consecuencias subjetivas. El elemento voz es uno de los objetos que toma Jacques Lacan en su enseñanza para ubicar los destinos de la pulsión. En lo contemporáneo una obra fílmica nos ubica como espectadores frente a una historia en la cual la voz prima como objeto privilegiado ubicado dentro de una computadora.
El cuerpo juega un papel importante en este estudio y por consiguiente el goce es el concepto más relevante  al hablar de los efectos que subyacen  al cuerpo frente a la voz del otro y del Otro. Es preciso que dichas marcas se enmarquen en una frase que cumple la función de ser el elemento subjetivo primordial de la estructura psíquica, el fantasma, con lo cual el sujeto da cuenta de su  modalidad  de goce en la cultura y responde con éste al discurso de la época.   

The "echoes" that are taking electronic devices today suggest an effect beyond the living organism, and then links the subject in its singularity where the voice has the latter effect, the desire to touch the subject of the unconscious. It is the voice of the Other, that which is subjective consequences. The voice element is an object that takes Jacques Lacan in his teaching to locate the locations of the drive. As one contemporary film work places us as viewers face a story in which the voice raw as a privileged object located inside a computer.
The body plays an important role in this study and therefore the enjoyment is more relevant to talk about the effects that underlie the body to the other's voice and another concept. It is necessary that such marks are framed in a sentence that serves to be the primary subjective element of psychic structure, the ghost, which the subject realizes his mode of enjoyment in the culture and it responds to speech the time.

El trabajo intenta profundizar sobre la dimensión estructural del duelo según el planteo de Lacan de los años 1961-62 donde propone esta concepción, indagando sobre otras elaboraciones anteriores al Seminario X La Angustia. Se analiza las formas de la falta del Seminario IV La relación de objeto (1956/57), en particular el enlace entre privación- frustración para la emergencia del símbolo y su correlación con la elaboración de los duelos contingentes y de estructura. El objetivo de la investigación es realizar aportes a la clínica psicoanalítica de niños, en especial al campo etiológico de las patologías graves de la infancia.

This work tries to deepen about the Structural Mourning according to the way Lacan set out his theory in the years 1961-62 when he proposed this conception, investigating about other previous documents to Seminar X The Anguish. It analises the ways of the lack of the Seminar IV The Relation of the object (1956/57), in particular the link between privation-frustration for the emergency of the symbol and its correlation with the elaboration of the contigent mournings and structure mournings. The objective of this investigation is to give contributions to the psychoanalytic clinic of children, in special the etiological field of the serious pathologies of childhood.

Este trabajo explora las características de la red social Twitter y algunas de sus particularidades en Argentina. E, incluye esto en un proceso más general: el regreso de una valorización del texto y la palabra por sobre la imagen. Este cambio respecto del paradigma de hace unas décadas (cuando la imagen fue considerada central en las prácticas políticas, mediáticas y clínicas) es apoyado por distintas experiencias y teorizaciones actuales que destacan el papel del simbolismo.

This work explores some points about the social net Twitter, and some of its particular conditions in Argentina. And includes all these in a more general process: the returning value of the text and the word, against image. This change from the past decades paradigm (when image was considered central in political, mass media and clinical praxis), is supported by different experiencies and theory developments nowadays, that remark the role of symbolism.
